Ciber is a global IT consulting company with nearly 6,000 employees in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific, with nearly $1B in revenue. Ciber wanted to improve the overall experience of their website by updating the look and feel, content, delivering relevant information to the viewer all while having a responsive and well put together interface. The issues with their old website was it didn't provide any relevant content, it was stale, it was hard to make updates and changes, the site was not responsive and very hard to navigate.
Provided with this challenge, meeting with global executive leadership team members, interviewing them as well as a few of their customers and clients, found what areas of interest are most important to them. We provided a content rich interface that not only delivered the information their customers were looking for but also keep them digging deeper to discover more information that was most important to them. Such as white papers, articles, speaking to a pro, what Ciber does, how they engage with their customers and much more.
Listening to how the end user would utilize the site, we came up with some initial design concepts and content ideas and direction, supplied an information architecture diagram, refinded and iterated these artifacts and provided 3 final design directions to present to the global executive leadership team. They were simply "blown away" and how well all the artifacts came together and how well the website, "just spoke to us on many levels of our business".
