Working within the User Experience Design Team at Cisco's services division (CSTG). I conducted user research studies and interviewed customers and clients. Focused on customer experience and interactions that balances business requirements, with the aim of crafting a user centered experience that exceeds expectations from both business and the customer side, "Proof is in the data."

From producing concept designs to flushed out wireframes to full color detailed, pixel perfect mock-ups was one of the hats I wore everyday.

I engaged with multi-functional teams and was deeply involved in daily tasks of multiple projects within the services product and application direction as well as user experience priorities.

Designed and managed standards library and internal web site for developers and engineers to consume.
